What we offer
Two ongoing treatments, four prescription kits
Every item is prescription-only and is dispensed only if a licensed provider reviews your health history and decides it is appropriate for you. Prices are in USD on the shop.
Ongoing care · Compounded
Tesamorelin
An injectable peptide that prompts your body to release its own growth hormone. Prescribed with the aim of reducing visceral fat — the deep belly fat around your organs — alongside diet and training, with lab check-ins along the way.
One small capsule each morning: a low daily dose of tadalafil that supports healthy blood flow without timing a pill. Your provider sets the dose and schedule based on your history.
The prescriptions a drugstore kit can’t hold, in your cabinet before you need them, each with a plain-language guide to which medication fits which symptoms and when to get seen instead.
Common Illness · Flu Season · Travel Emergency · Urgent Care
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. Tesamorelin and daily tadalafil are prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy for you specifically. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are dispensed. Individual results vary, and a prescription is never guaranteed.
How it works
Order first, then a real medical review
You check out on our secure care site, then answer a short medical questionnaire. Nothing is charged as a prescription, and nothing ships, until a licensed provider has reviewed it.

Important safety information
Read this before you order
This is a summary, not the full prescribing information. Your provider reviews your history for the risks below, and your medication ships with complete instructions.
Daily tadalafil
Do not take with nitrates (such as nitroglycerin) or riociguat — the combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Tell your provider about heart disease, low blood pressure, liver or kidney disease, and any alpha-blocker or blood-pressure medication.
Common effects: headache, flushing, indigestion, back or muscle aches, stuffy nose.
Seek care right away for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, or chest pain.
Tesamorelin
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active cancer, or have a pituitary tumor, pituitary surgery or head radiation in your history.
Tell your provider about diabetes or prediabetes — growth hormone can raise blood glucose — and about any cancer history.
Common effects: injection-site redness or itching, joint pain, swelling, tingling or numbness in the hands.
Seek care right away for signs of a serious allergic reaction.
Prescription kits
Each kit contains prescription antibiotics and other medications for specific situations. Use them only as your kit guide and your provider direct, tell your provider about allergies (especially to penicillin or sulfa drugs), pregnancy and your current medications, and message your care team when you are unsure. Kits with an epinephrine auto-injector or a tourniquet: use it, then call 911.
Reporting a problem
Report side effects to your FoundationRx care team through secure messaging, or call
844-572-3254. You may also report adverse events to the
FDA at www.fda.gov/medwatch or 1-800-FDA-1088.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.
Questions
Frequently asked
Am I guaranteed a prescription?
No. A licensed provider reviews your intake and decides whether a treatment or kit is appropriate for you. They may ask for more information, order labs, recommend something else, or decline. See our Refund Policy for what happens to your order if they do.
Why do I check out before the medical intake?
So your provider sees exactly what you are asking for when they review your history. Checking out does not mean a prescription has been written — nothing ships until a provider approves it.
What is in the medical kits?
Each kit is a fixed set of prescription medications, plus first aid items in the Urgent Care Kit, chosen for a specific need: everyday infections and stomach bugs, flu season, travel, or urgent first aid. The full contents of each kit are listed on its page in the shop.

FoundationRx does not currently offer testosterone therapy. Joining this list does not create a patient relationship and is not a guarantee of eligibility, treatment, or a prescription. If offered, testosterone therapy will be available only where legally authorized, only to adults who qualify after evaluation by a licensed clinician (including lab testing), and only if the clinician determines it is medically appropriate.
