Refund Policy
When your card is charged, what happens if treatment is not approved, and why dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned.
Card Authorization & No-Returns Policy
Summary: Your payment method is authorized when you place your order. It is not charged until a licensed provider reviews your medical intake and approves treatment. If treatment is not approved, the authorization is released and no charge is made. Once a prescription has been dispensed and shipped, it cannot be returned.
1. How And When Your Card Is Charged
When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the order total. An authorization is a hold, not a completed charge. Depending on your bank, the authorization may appear on your statement or in your banking app as a pending transaction. A pending authorization is not a completed charge and no funds have been transferred to us.
Your payment method is charged only after a licensed U.S. provider reviews the medical intake you complete after checkout and determines that treatment is medically appropriate for you. Approval is at the provider's sole discretion. Placing an order, completing an intake, and having your payment method authorized do not guarantee approval or a prescription.
2. If Treatment Is Not Approved
If a licensed provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, the authorization on your payment method is voided or released and no charge is made. Because no charge was ever completed, there is no purchase to refund. The time it takes for a released authorization to stop appearing as pending is controlled by your issuing bank, not by us, and is typically a few business days.
No medication is dispensed and nothing is shipped unless a provider has approved treatment.
3. No Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Prescription medications that have been dispensed cannot lawfully be returned to pharmacy stock, re-dispensed, or resold under federal and state pharmacy law. This applies regardless of whether the package has been opened.
Once a licensed provider has approved treatment, your payment method has been charged, and your prescription has been dispensed, the sale is final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on dispensed prescription medication.
4. Damaged, Defective, Or Undelivered Orders
The no-returns policy above does not remove your protection if something goes wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged, if you receive the wrong item, or if a shipped order is not delivered, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we will investigate and make it right, which may include a replacement shipment or a refund of the amount charged. Please do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.
5. Cancelling Before Your Card Is Charged
Because your payment method is only authorized until a provider approves treatment, you may cancel at any point before approval and no charge will be made. Contact us using the details below and we will release the authorization. Once treatment has been approved and the prescription has been dispensed, the order cannot be cancelled.
6. Recurring Plans
If you enroll in a recurring plan, your first order follows the process described above: your payment method is authorized at checkout and charged only after a licensed provider approves treatment. For each later renewal, your payment method is charged at the start of that renewal period at the price and frequency disclosed when you enrolled, unless you cancel before that renewal period begins. You may cancel at any time before your next renewal date. Cancelling stops all future renewals; it does not reverse a renewal charge that has already been completed, and the order for a renewal period that has already begun will still be dispensed and shipped.
7. Pricing And What Your Order Covers
Your order covers the telehealth consultation and prescription evaluation, and, if a provider approves treatment, the prescribed medication and shipping. There is no separate consultation fee. The price charged is the price shown at checkout.
8. Questions Or Disputes
If you have a question about a pending authorization or a charge on your statement, contact us before disputing the transaction with your bank so we can resolve it directly and quickly.
